Dry Cured Bacon & Gammon
Our pork is from Cross Keys Farm, Whipsnade, Bedfordshire. We use a British Landrace crossed with a Large White pig to give a naturally lean pig with plenty of flavour that comes from the breeds used, great animal health and welfare, naturally balanced nutrition and a stress-free environment. We hand make our sausages, and dry cure our bacon and gammon
