Venison, Game & seasonal meats

Our venison roams the beautiful 3000 acre Woburn Abbey, Bedford Estate. We trust the expert Woburn gamekeepers to select the best Pére David and Red deer from the herd that will give us a product that is second to none.  The Woburn Estate herd numbers are carefully managed for optimum health and wellbeing of the animals. The meat is hung to enhance the tenderness and enhances its complex and elegant flavour.
