We select the best bodies of beef from the Home Counties, using traditional breeds including Sussex, Angus and Short Horn. Our farmers work to the Farm Assured Standard and are committed to high levels of animal welfare. Our beef is hung on the bone which improves the flavour and tenderness of the meat, giving a succulent, mouth watering flavour. Only beef that reaches our standards of animal welfare, health and hygiene, and carcass quality is chosen by the butchers.
